The Fourth edition just came out and I cant wait to get it. The Reassess Your Chess book series by Jeremy Silman has really helped me out. I mean, "How to Reassess your Chess 4th Edition" by Silman is great, but the tests at the end are too complicated. My book (all 658 oversized pages), How to Reassess Your Chess 4th Edition, is all about this very topic (imbalances - how to recognize them and make use of them). Just learning and working on imbalances has helped a ton. Study a chapter in Silman's “How to Reassess Your Chess, Fourth edition” . Here is my two lists: Non-Quality Chess.
